Refund and Returns Policy

We hope and believe that you will be greatly satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that you need to return an item, we will keep this process simple for you. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Our products are being personalised just for you, so if you change your mind about an item once it’s been personalised or you have provided incorrect – inaccurate information during the order process unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund. Of course if the item is damaged, defective, or not as descibed then get in touch and we can arrange a return.

We will accept no liability to you unless you notify us of any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 14 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, once recieved we will ship your replacement “Next day delivery” or if you choose we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package. Please note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

All replacement items will be to your original order specifications, No alterations can be made to the design.

The cost of the return is your responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery services.

In the instance of refusal of delivery, returned delivery.
You will be notified by email if your item is undelivered and returned to us, you will then have 14 days to contact us and re-book delivery.
